It's great if you're a senior citizen. Youths in the area wait till they are adults and leave the city in search of jobs that don't have to deal with oil field construction.
Between the one 7-11, one movie theatre, and one bowling alley this is a great place to retire, but not the place to raise children as high school students seem to get pregnant because they're bored. The statistics speak for themselves.
